The Moretti String Quartet is a Manchester-based professional string quartet available to perform at any occasion, making a day for your guests to remember - all at an affordable price. We perform all over the north of England, including Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Yorkshire, Lancashire and Cheshire.

The Moretti String Quartet was formed in 1999 at the Royal Northern College of Music and has

performed many recitals and concerts around the country since then, as well as providing light entertainment at weddings, parties and functions. One of their recent engagements was playing for the Sports and Arts Foundation Awards Ceremony at the House of Lords, in November 2003. Whilst at the RNCM, they have performed in many of the international chamber music festivals including Beethovenfest, Schubertfest, Mendelssohnfest and the Quartetfest 2004, as well winning the prestigious Weil Prize for string quartets in 2002 and Silver Medal in the Nossek Prize.
